Law Enforcement and Public Safety Technology Forum - Virtual Event Preview
AFCEA Bethesda will be hosting a virtual preview event for the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Technology Forum, which has been moved from late May to July 29 and 30th. The virtual preview event will be held at 8:00am on Wednesday, May 20, the original date of the LEAPS Technology Forum. This hour-long free event will offer a preview of the live event content.
The live Law Enforcement and Public Safety Technology Forum will provide an interactive environment in which government and industry stakeholders can share ideas and experiences on what is needed to achieve the insight, collaboration and agility necessary to protect the homeland and all of its communities. Speakers will look at the role of technology in meeting this vision, and explore potential solutions to the common challenges of:
- Using artificial intelligence and machine learning to develop better collection, sharing and use of data
- Enabling greater collaboration across federal, state and local agencies in all aspects of law enforcement and public safety
- Increasing the agility of agencies to respond to and manage significant events or crises
