Digital Transformation:
Balancing Citizen Services with Enterprise Security
Balancing Citizen Services with Enterprise Security
Federal agencies clearly are committed to improving the quality and experience of citizen services, as seen in the heightened focus on UX/CX and human-centered design in recent years. Still, the availability of on-demand services, in everything from music and movie streaming to online banking, are reshaping public expectations. How can federal agencies meet those expectations without compromising on security? And, conversely, how can they provide the necessary security while ensuring a frictionless digital experience?
Join us on November 8 at the National Press Club for a townhall discussion about the intersection of digital services and enterprise security. The event will feature will a panel of thought-leaders from across government, as well as live polling and other attendee engagement.
