Ms. Leah Buckley is a national security leader with a focus on counterintelligence and insider threat. In
her current role, she leads the counterintelligence, insider threat, and foreign travel information
technology security programs at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Embedded within the
FDA’s Cybersecurity Program, this role involves significant interaction with all aspects of the agency’s
cybersecurity program. In addition, she serves as the Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) to the
Commander, 25th Expeditionary Field Investigations Squadron, Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
