Innovation in Action: An Interactive Session Using Human Centered Design

In this interactive session, participants will use a human centered design ideation process to identify solutions and test those ideas with our end-user community—the “real world” first responders. These end-users will use a polling tool to rate and rank the ideas, identifying which innovations are ready to be applied and which represent potential future-state solutions.
