Strengthening America’s Backbone: Harnessing the Workforce as an Asset

America's workforce is truly the backbone of the LEAPS community. Technology makes a difference in LEAPS only to the extent that it is created, managed and operated by people. In recent years, cloud and mobile have changed the way we work, learn and achieve - and now robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and related technologies promise even bigger changes. To realize the full potential of these emerging technologies, we need to think in new ways about how we recruit, train and retain our employees. Join this session as explore strategies for building a LEAPS workforce for the 21st century.
