Both man-made and natural disasters, climate change and population growth continue to take a toll on the global energy ecosystem. To meet these challenges, government, private industry and academia need to foster an environment that secures our energy future, reduces disaster risks, ensures security for our food and water supply and promotes climate solutions.

On July 18, held at The Hamilton Live in Washington, DC, AFCEA Energy & Earth Science IT Symposium, will expand its mission to address our nation’s energy, natural resources, agricultural, environmental, connectivity and nuclear challenges through transformative science and technology innovation and commercializing new energy technologies.

The half-day symposium will bring together IT, acquisition and research professionals to share lessons learned and best practices on a collaborative approach for providing IT and cybersecurity solutions to address challenges in the rapidly changing global environment.
